About careplans AI
We are building voice-based healthcare check-in technology for Australia. Daily phone calls that surface what clients say, and the patterns in how they say it, so carers can respond sooner.
Andrew's story
Andrew built careplans AI after caring for his father. Through that experience, he saw how much connection matters, and how hard it can be to maintain when care needs grow. He believes technology should bring people closer together, not replace the human touch. Every feature in careplans AI exists because Andrew asked one question: what would I have wanted for Dad?
OUR MISSION
careplans AI augments healthcare and reduces social isolation through voice-based check-ins, scaling clinical capacity while surfacing the early signals that human carers can act on. We check the practical things, and we surface the patterns others miss.
OUR VISION
A healthcare system where every client receives daily contact that actually listens. Where signals of distress, cognitive change, and social isolation are surfaced to carers early, not after they become emergencies.
