The need is heard in a conversation you are not part of.
Every week, careplans AI speaks with older people at home and in residential care. Most of what they need is somebody else's service: a ride to the clinic, a medication review, a handrail, a meal, a visit.
We do not want to become that service. We want to hand it to you properly, with consent, context and accountability already attached.
What a good service provider cannot see
A pharmacy sees a prescription filled late, or not at all. That is a lagging signal arriving weeks after the decision that caused it, with no reason attached. The reason was said out loud on a Tuesday morning: it made me dizzy, so I stopped.
A transport operator receives a booking with an address on it. It does not know whether she can manage the step, whether she will be waiting at the door, or who to call if she does not answer. A driverless vehicle has no driver to brief at all.
None of that is a failure of the service. It is missing information that only exists inside a relationship, and it is the reason a well-meant booking becomes a missed appointment.
Six things travel with every request
A partner who has all six can act safely. A partner missing any one of them is guessing.
Identity and standing
Who the person is, and that we hold the right to arrange this on their behalf.
Consent scope
Exactly what may be shared with you, for this purpose, on this occasion. Nothing more.
Human context
Mobility, hearing, language, the name she prefers, who to ring if she does not come to the door.
Clinical guardrails
What must not happen. No stairs. No substitution. Do not leave her alone.
Accountability
The named person who approved this, and who to escalate to at two in the morning.
Return of proof
The structured outcome you send back, so the work counts as evidence and not just a receipt.
The services we route to
Ten kinds of partner, one way of working. Each row starts with something a person actually said.
Transport
“I have not been able to get to the cardiologist.”
Pharmacy
“I stopped the little white one, it made me dizzy.”
Assistive robotics
“I cannot reach the washing any more.”
Allied health
“My knee gave way again on Sunday.”
Hospitals and discharge
“I came home Tuesday and nobody has called.”
Home and falls
“There is a step I keep tripping on.”
Food and essentials
“I have not really eaten since Sunday.”
Banks and protection
“A nice man rang about my account.”
Community and volunteers
“Nobody visits any more.”
Care software
Everything above, written back where it counts.
Three ways to work together
Receive briefed requests
We identify the need, obtain consent, and send you a request that is already qualified and already understood. You do the work you are good at.
Embed the layer in your product
Care software, personal alarms, wearables and assistive devices can carry our consent, context and evidence layer inside their own product rather than rebuilding it.
Measure an outcome together
Where a partner carries a cost that better information reduces, we would rather agree how to measure it than argue about attribution afterwards.
What we will never do, including for a partner
- We will never sell client data, and we will never train models on client conversations.
- We will never share anything a person has not agreed to share, and a safeguarding concern is never disclosed automatically.
- We will never provide information for insurance underwriting or risk pricing.
- We will never pretend to be human, and we will never design a conversation to keep somebody on the phone.
- We will never pass on a request the person did not want made.
These are commitments we are willing to write into an agreement, not statements on a values page.
Where this stands today
This page describes how we intend to work with partners. It is not a list of partners we have. careplans AI has no commercial fulfilment partnerships in place, and any company named anywhere on this site in a forward-looking context is an illustration rather than a relationship.
We would rather say that plainly than let a logo do the implying.
If your service is one of these
We are interested in a first conversation about one need, in one region, with a small number of people, measured properly. That is how everything here starts.
